Right Of Buyer To Inspect Goods--Method Not Exclusive
RIGHT OF BUYER TO INSPECT GOODS--METHOD NOT EXCLUSIVE
The method of inspection prescribed by Section of this agreement shall not be exclusive, and if it is not possible or commercially practical to make the inspection in that manner, buyer may inspect the goods in any other manner that is possible and commercially practical.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
